R6V2 BLOWS!!!

ha ha ha... as of last night, the total number of people playing R6V2 on the PSN was 44133...

like i said, i was able to play at least 5 matches in a row on the streets with people from Britain as well as the US.

i played the first session of r6v2 and i suk...elite gets you close to nothing...i dont have my custom camo and i only got bumped up a couple of ranks (2 i think)...im currently a specialist...

i played one game online in "theater" and i was 1 in 10...there was a guy with a shotgun campin me and i couldnt get him...i was hesitant on throwing frags cuz i wasnt sure about friendly fire...i think i need to spend some time online in some t-hunts with the old vnm clan...

nice boyet... don't worry, you'll get up to speed...

ran some matches last night and i'm starting to get back up to speed. am consistently ranking as top 3 killers... more often than not, top kills per session. ain't nobody a better sniper than me with an assault rifle. running with the 552. yea, i switched off the TAR21. they re-did the balance and the 552 and the M468 are the top assault rifles, in my book. just unlocked the M8 last night so i haven't been able to try it out.

marksman level 16, CQB level 13, Assault level 7.

sheesh... and i'm only a gunnery sergeant.

had some good runs last night using the old SD boys porch camping trick. he he he...

same deal with killhouse... still got the accuracy, still got the feather touch on the trigger... ahh, yes... this game is definitely way better than COD4. no need to worry about air raids or choppers... or friggin' last stand perks... or last grenade perks (that was extremely fargin' annoying on COD4, that isht killed oh so many times)...

for those of you who wanna pick up a PS3 exclusive, Hot Shots Golf:Out of Bounds. 8 player matches online... he he he... kenny's got it and he says it's good. might pick it up tonight myself... trading in AO2.

kinda funny how i still take a step back before proceeding when i kill someone up close. just to make sure he didn't drop a grenade. then i remember, oh wait, that POS perk isn't in R6V2. hooray!!!!

he he he... one thing i do miss from COD4 are the claymores. he he he...

ahh crap!!! now you reminded me what i like most about the game.....and that i will miss with Vegas 2!!! thats all i did was use claymores for those unsuspecting idiots who would stupidly trip my wires......and KABOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i havent tried it yet in r6v2, but at least you can still back away from the snake cam without using buttons...i know its a far cry from a claymore and you need to babysit it, but if you cant get shot through the door, its still funny when you pull it off

definitely still a better game than COD4. and there's a huge difference in personalities with R6V players vs. COD4 players. at least on the PSN. just seems like R6V players seem more chill than COD4 players...

oh... if you guys want to try a map with a straightforward layout, try the trainyard. it's got a good balance of close quarter fighting as well as sniping points. much like the streets but bigger.

also, have you noticed that when you play R6V2, you actually see the name of the region of the map you're in via the HUD? i thought that was pretty cool. but people still talk "left building", "right building" when playing the streets... that's the most fun.

the 2 guys i met playing the streets are snipers so it's good balance for our team. i usually rush the porch and they just hang back and snipe the windows... but like i said, i'm an equal opportunity killer. if i see your head pop out or any sort of movement, i'm taking aim at you...

was funny last night when i was on bravo side playing the streets. some guy was sniping from the right building terrace. i noticed him ducking behind the wall. so i stood in front of the window, with my sight right where i see a little bit of his helmet. guess he knew i was watching him so he walked side to side trying to evade me. a lot of good that did since as soon as he got up, a silenced 552 put him back down. ha ha ha... i love it...!!! i'm such a bully... he he he... getting the timing down on my frags and incendiaries again. he he he....

the magic is slowly coming back boys!!! maybe they should release a patch that lets 360ers play against PS3ers. ha ha ha..

i did but as soon as we got to the lobby it kicked me out.. then i couldn't even log in to any of the invites you sent me.. it was like playin COD4 again when i switched to PS3...i'm just going to wait...

as for things i've been reading.. there are a lot of angry people out there hating on the ps3 or the xbox.. as for me i liked both machines...the only CONS i have on the machines are these...

XBOX 360.. RROD, pay for live(which isn't really a big deal at first but in the long run yes)

PS3... all these waiting for games and HOMe... what the heck...

Nice Pillius!!! yeh man.....that RROD is definitely a huge negative on the 360, that and the 360 is loud when compared to the PS3. on the PS3 side, its online features aren't up to snuff to the 360, and you're right....seems like the PS3's "system seller" games are always delayed for one reason or another (ie Metal Gear). actually, i remember back in 2005 when they were showing trailers for that game and everyone was "ooh-ing" and "ahh-ing".......and it still has yet to reach retailers' shelves. but enough of this PS3 vs. 360.......i am still waiting for the day when both platforms can play against each other!!! that'd be nice!!!!!!!!!!

damn dude.....10 years in the making??? what the hell?? what the hell are these developers doing with all their free time??? maybe they should actually be developing in all their spare time?? i personally think one of the better ones is Ubisoft. they come out with their blockbuster hits in a relatively short amount of time. granted they delay their games too.......but it's usually not that long of a delay.....usually under a month's time. i think i played most of their big action/shooting hits. the Rainbow Six series, the Splinter Cell series, the Ghost Recon series (which i might add, Ghost Recon One....is one of my favorite games to this day), and ofcourse.......their newest series, Assassin's Creed.

strange thing i saw last night... THERE WAS AN ELITE that i was playing against...

everyone on my team was like, "that's BULL!!! CHEATER!!!"... needless to say, we proceeded to kick his ass. we would hunt him down all over the map just to kill him. after 2 rounds of this treatment, the guy left... ha ha ha...

how the hell do you become an elite in like 1 1/2 weeks worth of gaming...? he'd have to have been playing that game for a week straight without turning it off... crazy...

anyways, that was the fun thing last night... might give HGS:OOB a try tonight... he he he...

dude, THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL THAT GUY CAN MAKE "ELITE" IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS TIME!!!!!!!!!! granted the new "EXP" system will help you rank up quicker, but not nearly that quick!!!! i mean seriously, Vegas 1 took me 7 months.....and i still didnt make "elite". and for the first 4 months i played that pretty religiously.....almost every damn day! on another note, Los was asking me how Vegas 2 was.......i told him "its basically Ubisoft's version of COD4 (without the airstrikes and the helicopter gunships)....thats R6V2 in a nutshell." i have to pick up the game for him....so he is getting it regardless (long story...but i owed him from something prior).

but i'd have to slightly disagree with your assessment of R6V2. because it doesn't play like COD4, it's DAMN better. ha ha ha...

yea, i know... that's why everyone on my team was raggin' on that elite. so we made it a point to hunt him down. ha ha ha... he kept arguing how it was because he played on gamebattles... ha ha ha... i was like what the hell does that have to do with your elite ranking. yea, it took me 7 months to achieve elite for the R6V1. 2 weeks later than boyet. so we were pretty much elites at the same time. he he he...

well, that's good that los gets R6V2. having the game and playing the game are 2 different cases however... ha ha ha...

oh and one more thing... if you guys are still having lagging out issues, ubisoft said file complaints on their forums.

nah, no lag-out issues here. ofcourse, i get the normal in-game lag issues that everyone gets....but not to a point that i would get dropped out of matches. you get any lag-out issues: boyet, Pillius, Jonny D.??
