Rainbow 6 Vegas 2

thorough domination last night again... am soooo close to getting my officer rank. ha ha ha... i just wanna be first to elite. ha ha ha...

i was really tempted to put in COD4 last night though... ha ha ha...

woo hoo!!! finally made officer rank in R6V2. took me 2 friggin months. woo hoo!!! not sure if it took me that long for R6V. now the long haul begins.

been slowly noticing the different nuances of different maps in R6V2. it's kinda cool. since i've been playing way too much of Streets, i decided to go exploring a bit this weekend. here are my 2 cents on the maps i played over the weekend:

Villa - good shottie fun. close quarters much like the back rooms of Casino Vault.
Trainyard - dark. gameplay is similar to streets.
Import/Export - fun map. good for hunters. map is too big for people to sit and wait.
Three Kingdoms Casino - tip here is to dominate the right set of stairs from alpha spawn. (the one overlooking the doors).
CQB training - shottie match. streets type of setting. 2 levels. imagine presidio on a bigger scale.

i didn't relly play Oil Refinery nor Murdertown too much. those maps are the least played. just my 2 cents folks. still waiting for ender to jump on for some action. since monk is done with GTA4, maybe i'll see him more often as well.

i agree with Buko on about everything cept for 3 kingdom casino.. actually it could also be a hunter map since there isn't really that many good people on the ps3 yet.. when i first played that map i was being spawn camped this was when we all spawned at one place still but when the patch came and now there's supposedly a random spawn position (which i figured out that if all your teammates are one side the enemy will respawn on the side with the least enemies since i have been killed running around the my side since the majority of my team was where they respawned in the beginning and i was still in the area where we spawned out first) you can actually run around and determine where the guys are going to respawn.. i personally think there is not really any more sniper maps in the game since the patch came out on the ps3 everybody just goes into the spawn area anyway(i.e streets upstairs is free game now)

i actually am starting to like this.. i still hate the fact that it's really not rainbow anymore since there is no one spawn area and sometimes when they respawn you.. it takes you a sec to figure out where u are .. heehe.. but having the ability to respawn anywhere and be able to flank..actually makes it fun .. it's still not like COD4 to me.. since COD4 seemed a lot more bigger.. and i couldn't half the things i can do on r6v2 but am already looking for a new game.. ah we shall see.. am 2 bars away from becoming a captain i think but awhile before i can become an officer myself..he he

yea... it takes some getting used to (that respawn debacle they put in)... but if you can get into the rhythm of the respawn pattern, you can use it to your advantage. he he he... i've gotten 6 - 7 kill streaks just because of that. slowly starting to get used to it but i still think it's taking away from the whole R6 experience...

i don't really see any good games coming up in the horizon. except maybe GOW2. i never really played the multi but i really enjoyed the story mode in the first one. also, my friend just informed me that bioshock is now in development for the PS3. i asked her if there were any additional content associated with the PS3 version. she said she wasn't at liberty to say that at the moment. he he he...

so i'll be doing much more map explorations this time around for R6V2 (slowly getting tired of Streets). he he he... i say we write ubi and ask them to bring back Casino Vault, Calypso, LVU campus and Dante's. ha ha ha...

yup....its true what Pillius said. after that patch.....upstairs in Streets is completely open!! i mean you can literally spawn in the downstairs area while your enemies are just upstairs waiting to be shot from behind!! one good thing about the patch is that you dont hear freaks whining/crying about being "spawn-camped" on or "raped"!!

"Three Kindgdoms Casino" is known as "Three Condoms Casino" to me!!!!!!

and Buko......yes Bioshock is coming out for the PS3 (just dont know when). i played and finished the game last Fall. I loved it. but just so you know........there is no multiplayer in Bioshock. it is strictly a single player game.

never finished it coz i got stuck on a level where it kept saving my data and i had no ammo left. so i gave up. ha ha ha. that game creeped me out. ha ha ha... i know it didn't have multi... maybe they'll put it in for the PS3. ha ha ha...

in any case, looking to maybe get a soccer game. all this talk of eurocop 2008 is getting me amped for a soccer game. PORTUGAL baby!!! let's go cristiano ronaldo... ha ha ha...

thats right......i completely forgot you had Bioshock for the 360!! dude, Christiano Ronaldo was the leading goal scorer-----dont know if he still is, but thats pretty crazy considering he ain't even a striker. that dude is sick!!! he has crazy moves!! dude, Thierry Henry or Didier Drogba is where its at!!....and defensively its all about Puyol!! yeah, i was tempted to get UEFA Euro myself....but i was afraid it would be too much like FIFA 08 (which i have already). nonetheless, it looks like a nice game.

yea... ronaldo was leading goal scorer (31 goals for Man U.)... the guy in second had 24 goals (i think some spanish guy named torres)....

ofcourse my second stringers are still "all stars". i breezed through my career mode with no problem with this 5 star team!!!!!!!!

in short, get the soccer (football) game dude!! UEFA EURO BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ha ha ha... nice ratty... not so much into the team making or career mode... actually, i get bored of soccer games once i start winning matches 10 - 0. and that usually takes maybe a week of playing. ha ha ha... so it's really not a wise investment on my part. i think i'll be picking up lego indiana jones. he he he...

i hate lag in this game.. for real yesterday i was shooting the guy in the head with like 20 bullets.. and then one shot to the body i was dead.. and yet i was still one of the top three killers.. i was like huh.. getting fed up with the game am actually redoing the storymode... with different camo ha ha... so boyet or russ.. anyone who might be up for a r6v2 story or terrorist hunt.. i'm down..

also kuya they already are asking for a map pack to bring back the old r6v1 maps.. but ubi won't budge on it yet.. check out the forums on r6v2...

yea... ubi will budge eventually, they always do... they'd be stupid not to...

boyet.......i dont think you'll get very much for your Pro Evo Soccer game. you know how it is with sports titles......it retains its value for the current year, but anything past that and its value drops drastically. as far as playing FIFA 08 online.....i havent done it. i think i'll get my ass kicked. i played my old UEFA game online last year and seriously got my ass raped almost every time. peeps take their soccer (or as they say, football) games seriously!! man, i thought peeps were ringers on Vegas 2........that ain't nothing compared to playing someone (who's not American) in a soccer game!!

i got my ass raped by the Dr. clan in r6v2 last night.. i don't know if it was the lag(since i was shooting one and emptied out my clip and he was still standing and they were like one shot kill at me for some odd reason) but they were pretty good.. but i was still top kill with 9 kills and 12 deaths it was like 47 to 15 when the match ended..their clan all basically have DR in their names except for the really good guy.. he had [DR.] on his gamertag...

it was nice.. but before that i was running rampage on a deathmatch.. it was the lag that helped me that time.. number one kill in murdertown.. and then one filipino was like fuck you fried chicken it was funny we both got a laugh out of it.. then the host turned it to a team deathmatch and then the lag didn't help me at this point.. i was like shiet.. but still had 2nd highest kills. heehe

am gonna try to jump on tonight. onwards on my quest to get ELITE ranking...

i had a horrible night last night. couldn't hit isht!!! strange lag in the games i played... hmmmm... wonder if there's an update going on with the PSN? is HOME coming out? hmmmm... here's to wishful thinking...

he he he... i would like to report that monk and yours truly yet dominate another game. 2 rounds... first round, i end up with 45 kills and monk ends up with 20 kills. second round, monk has 27 and me another 23. ha ha ha... telling you, it's so much fun...!!!

i was asked to join a clan today. seems like the F4L clan seems to like my skills. guy asked me to join the clan. so i'll see if it comes about. he he he...

anyways, just wanted to let y'all know that...

he he he... so i've worked out a system... MGS4 story mode in the early evening, then switch over to R6V2 for some multi. had another dominating night last night. 4 matches: 1st match had 28 kills, 2nd match had 35 kills, 3rd match had 38 kills, 4th match had 45 kills. after the 3rd match, had a bunch of guys from the other team saying they hated "Fresh". ha ha ha... represent suckaz!!!! running rampant all over the place... ha ha ha... damn i dominate the streets... it would actually be unfair if me and monk were on the same team. that would just spell super disaster for everyone else... ha ha ha...

don't know about that now.. am so used to to mgs4 i might have lost the skills i trained myself.. hahhah once i finish to story mode it's back to r6v2..

NEWS people!!! i think either this month or next month... but we're getting back an old school map in r6v2. supossedly CALYPSO CASINO is back.. but i did really want casino vault.. dammit my weeks in playing other games made my r6v2 game weak again.. but the lag didn't help either.. it kinda sucks.. but oh well.. we shall see if i can come back before the maps come back out.. would love to get my ass raped in vault again.. and its free hahaha...

*edit* it should be in the fan pack thing but i got an update last time and i got stuff that's supposed to be in the fan pack but i didn't get the new maps.. hmm look on psn and it wasn't on there too though some people have the maps already.. well i'll keep looking

NICE!!!!!!!!! thanks for the info Pritong........looking forward to some of that calypso action. i remember i really used to annoy you guys on the 360 because (as host) i used to always wanna play that Calypso Casino map much to the gripes/dismay from you guys!!!!

just when i get mgs4....will need to find time to switch between the two...hehe

i didn't mind calypso so much though afterwards.. since everybody started playing vault... that's why i didn't ming calypso.. ehehehehehehehe

ok.... i've been pissed with COMCAST lately since on certain days and time i put in my R6V2 and i lag completely.. on saturday i put in my r6v2 which i haven't played in like the longest time just to play some calypso.. and i had to quit the match because the lag was so bad.. since i got killed upstairs where they spawned me up first becasue of the a lag... that when they spawned me downstairs i couldn't even make it back upstairs.. and i was like WTF.. stupid comcast.. every two steps i took ... the game took me back 5 steps .. i was like damn...and then COMCAST called my dad and said they would like to give us 3 months of high speed service...they would give us an extra 10 MB on the internet service for 3 months for free.. the cost would be an extra 10 dollars.. a month.. and i told my dad for the crappy service they give already.. the 6 am getting now will jump to 16...but i will prolly be only to use 8 anyway... it could also be my router.. but i will like to blame comcast more...

then i was playing this morning...and it was 2 vs 3 they had the advantage and the host advantage... and i still get kicked... because at first they killed me... and then i got my bearings.. and back hallway was mine in calypso.. so i started roaming around and for some odd reason one dude kept following me.. and i was like kewl whaever. and started shooting everybody on the side casino room.. they would come into the windows i'll be there to shoot ... and so and so on. and then all of sudden. i see my name. pritong_manok has been banned from this server... ah the good ol' days of being kicked from calypso haahahah.. and the only bad thing is you can't report anybody on the ps3... oh well...
