i was running r6v2 again.. and i was doing pretty well.. 2nd top guy for most of the night... cuz i couldn't find half the people... anyway... i just into calypso casino attack adn defend match... it was already going on.. basically after i took over the keno room.. no one could kill me.. guys would rush in... dead.. throw their incendiaries and grenades.. am too far to get hit.. some fools would go in the middle intersection before th keno room.. grenaded them ahahhaha... it was too funny...ended up with top kills... going 14 and 6... hahahaha

then i sucked it after wards.. oh am the gold leaf.. not the silver leaf yet kuya....hopefully i don't get tired of this game.. i at least made it to colonel in the first one hahahah

still got it on R6V2. but i'm actually getting bored of my games... hmmm... think it's time for a new one...

3. Street Fighter 4
4. Little Big Planet
5. Starcraft 2 (PC)

anything else i'm missing? Resistance 2 and Killzone 2 am not sure on yet. maybe i'll demo it first.

yeh invite me i bought a new headset.. usb style it's connected so it doesn't lag me anymore hahaha and they are coming without an official keyboard for the controllers.. it sorta like mine but bluetooth..

aite boys i figured it out.......although i havent gotten a PS3 game since last winter (Unreal Tournament 3), i know what my next acquisition will be. i plan to pick up SOCOM: Confrontation when it comes out. there are a bunch of good games coming out this fall/holiday........(FIFA 09, NHL 09, Tom Clancy's Endwar, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, etc.... but you can find these all on the 360 as well. anyways, as for the PS3......its gonna be Confrontation!!!!!!!!!!!

finished MGS4 .. worth the 60 bucks i spent on it...as far a any games in the future will be getting force unleashed and quite possibly eyepet..

i actually lent my MGS4 to a coworker. so i haven't played it.

yea, was looking at socom: confrontation as well. maris' cousin has been talking about it and it looks pretty cool. it's a 3rd person shooter though. so we'll see if i like it or not.

3rd person shooter...yes it is. but in SOCOM:Confrontation there is a setting where you can revert back to 1st person if you so wish. Nonetheless, i'm definitely looking to get that one. Pillius..........."eyepet"??? there is a game for the PS3 coming out called "eyepet"???

seriously.....after its launch, i havent really heard any buzz from BBC?? i guess it just didnt take to the masses as much as some other big FPS's. i'm glad i waited on that (BBC) acquisition!! that, and Army of Two. if i had the money at the time of these releases, i surely would've bought these games. but fortunately for me, i didnt.

damn man!! now i'm totally confused!!! SOCOM Confrontation looks sweet, but then i played the NHL 09 demo on the PSN. that game is ridiculous!!! graphics and physics are almost lifelike!!! that, plus the "online only" aspect of SOCOM can prolly get really annoying. by that, i mean that there is only so much of those "online a**holes" that i can tolerate! i think thats prolly why i dont play FPS's as much as i used to. lately, i've been sticking to either my handhelds or my sports titles (before i traded them in) and just played the career mode. not taking anything away from SOCOM........but it's really up in the air for me.

ratty...havent played the demo yet, but the more i read the more im interested...taking your player online to make teams is pretty sick...i like the fact that its almost like a career mode for your player...preset plays / breakouts...its gonna be a tough call...

yeah boyet......you can play 5 on 5 on NHL 09 multiplayer (or is it 6 on 6....forget if you can play the goalie too). anyway, while i was playing the demo last night i was thinking.......i wanna get this game, but if someone else gets it......then i am definitely gonna get this game. boyet, i think i'm gonna get it for the PS3 though. boyet, download the demo and give it a run-through. i'm sure you'll be very impressed. they also have a "Be a Pro" mode on the demo, where you play as only one player. (needless to say, i played as Sydney Crosby). i've played that mode before though on my FIFA 08 game.

i try not to play sports games nowadays (unless it's golf or racing). it just gets too monotonous. once you've mastered it, it kinda gets boring. but more power to you guys for sticking to your sports titles.

yea, xop, i hear you about the annoying online folks when it comes to FPS's. but i guess that comes with the territory. i either just mute the fuckers or just pay them no mind. i remember one time, i played with a bunch of guys from the UK and down south. all they kept talking about was how much they hated black people. then they asked me what i was and i was like japanese. ha ha ha... so they started cracking asian jokes. pretty funny actually... like this one... "how do you blindfold an asian?" give up? "with dental floss"... ha ha ha... i had to admit that was pretty funny...

buks, those "annoying f**kers" online are one thing.........but whats even worse are those f**kers with cheats! for example, i was playing COD4 last night (which is the only 360 game i have left.....and which i havent played in a while), and i saw some dude jump from the ground (street) level, to the second floor of a building!!!! then i thought to myself.........."see, its because of these f**ckers that i dont play FPS's as much as i used to". Buks, you are definitely right though.....sports titles do get monotonous. but for me, i'd rather play them and not deal with these a**holes on the FPS's. in the end though, its an individual choice......what works for me, definitely wont work for someone else.

he he he... understood on the cheating f**ckers. especially on R6V2. some guys found out how to do "blind fire single shot sniping". basically, if you have a sniper rifle, you can do blind fire and kill people without even aiming. so you know what i do, i just go around them, find them in their spot, walk up to them, pull my pistol out and kill them execution style. ha ha ha... much more fun that way... ha ha ha...

in any case, all these games will have somebody always trying to one-up everyone. that's the nature of gaming. can't help it. if they only made sports titles more "realistic". by that i mean the AI not being so stupid where once you've played a game long enough, you can predict their movements. kinda annoying once you get to that level. kinda like how we used to play NBA 2K for the sega saturn. me and my bros would end up with like 20 blocks per game. it was ridiculous. that kinda turned me off to sports games. about the only sports game i would even consider buying are the soccer games. they're fun as hell!!! i'm sure hockey is fun as well, but i hate the fact that you always gotta skate around before getting to a puck. you can't just go in a straight line to turn. annoying as hell!!! madden, i tried it this weekend and i gotta say, i still cannot play that game. oh well... whatever...

on the other hand, the demo for the force unleashed was pretty cool. looks like a promising game. too bad it's not online. naruto is a pretty good fighting game as well. maybe i'll pick that up until SFIV comes out.

dude, thats funny!! "20 blocks per game"........ its totally true. i guess i'm an idiot in that regard. my idea of fun is setting the AI on absolute "dumb ass" level and completely abusing the AI team like they're my little b*tches!!! but soccer is fun as hell. atleast in the soccer games nowadays, you have to set yourself up for a goal. i mean, unless you set that on the easy level.......you aren't gonna score the goals like tic-tac-toe. plus, there is a certain amount of creativity in scoring goals in both the soccer games as well as the hockey games. by the way, what exactly is entailed with that blind fire sniping technique?? can you do that too??....or only peeps that rig the xbox/ps3 in a certain way can cheat like that???

not sure how to do the blindfire sniper thing. but i've fallen victim to it a number of times. basically, on the streets level, from each spawn point where the windows are, you can hide next to the windows and pretty much shoot anyone walking out just by sticking your gun out. not sure how to do it but i believe there's a method to it. it's not a glitch or anything. just button combinations or something. not sure and wasn't interested enough to pursue how to do it. he he he. besides, i'm a run and gun specialist. hee hee...

i friggin rented r6v2 only to find out i picked up r6v...i popped in my ear piece...configured my bluetooth...put in the game...and was like wtf???....dam now i gotta wait till next weeks blockbuster coupons for r6v2...if im not stuck on building up my nhl player...hheeheh
