hehehe. I heard that too. just saw kev last night. he still shrinking!!! me? my ketostix got all messed up. not even sure if i'm still in keto. just gonna work out and keep going without checking.

on that note, yesterday's workout:
squats (4 sets)
quad extension (4 sets)
hamstring extension (4 sets)
leg lifts (4 sets)
ab extension (4 sets)

looking for more cardio work. let me know if u guys are interested in bringing ball back. need some practice for the company league. hehehe.

yea... been exploring that possibility as well... thing is, it's hard to get everyone to agree on one time and on a court. what with all the family obligations and all, it's hard...

but i'm open to anything... already scheduled my wednesday nights as company league night... so i'll be playing ball weekly as well...
